WOH Butts & Gutts - Wednesdays @ 6pm
A 60-minute Workout Harder Fitness class that is exactly as it sounds. We work the hamstrings, quads, thighs, and glutes for about 30 minutes and then turn our energy to the “guts,” aka six-packs-in-the-making. Or we put the two together. In any case, we burn these muscle groups to give you maximum results. This Hump day workout will defiantly leave you with more BUTT than GUTT. Meaning the butt will get firmer as that ab area gets smaller and toner.
