BUTTS & GUTTS
Butts and Gutts – a 45-50-minute Workout Harder Fitness class that is exactly as it sounds. We work the hamstrings, quads, thighs and glutes for about 30 minutes and then turn our energy to the "gutts," aka six-packs-in-the-making. Or we put the two together. In any case we burn these muscle groups to give you maximum results. This Hump day workout will defiantly leave you with more BUTT than GUTT. Meaning the butt will get stronger and firmer as that ab area gets smaller and toner. HARD-CORE & CARDIO
High Intensity Interval Training the Workout Harder Fitness way, that alternates between high-intensity and low-intensity exercises. A total body workout using all different types of equipment and exercises. Cardio intervals will be mixed in with resistance moves that will tone and sculpt your body. Focuses on moves that require stability and will engage your core muscles. It’s a great way to mix up your workout routine. This 50 minute class is designed to start your Saturday morning off with a jolt! HUSTLE 4 MUSCLE
Who wants a sculpted upper body?!! We ALL do and that is why we hustle for that muscle the Workout Harder Fitness way. In this class you will have fun toning and tightening up your arms, chest, back shoulders and abs like you never have before! This class is the little brother to the future class coming soon called the WARRIORS WAY! If you are a want to be a solider of fitness this class is for you!!!
