The WOH FITNESS RIPPED program is a 5-week weight loss, transformation picture and fitness assessment contest designed to provide lasting health and wellness results.

• Unlimited access to our group training classes including our exclusive RIPPED 30 HITT classes. You will get up to 7-workouts a week which will focus on your core, cardio, and conditioning for 3 days a week and power endurance and strength the other days. We also have signature classes that focus on specific body parts.
• Unlimited support and accountability from our community of coaches and members to help you succeed. Plus, you will receive access to our Online Support Group to Ask Questions, Share Ideas, and Get Feedback. You will also receive Daily Tips and Accountability Messages on Facebook, Instagram, email, text, and 1st Phorm app.
• Easy to follow Fat Loss Nutrition Program which is a skeleton that you customize with our support to fit your needs.
• Post-workout protein and meal replacement options as well as other supplements fueled by 1st Phorm for optimal results for an additional cost that should be purchased before you start.
