The WOH FITNESS RIPPED program is a 5-week weight loss, transformation picture and fitness assessment contest designed to provide lasting health and wellness results. Our RIPPED program fitness assessments include the following measurable categories: Upper-Body Strength, Endurance and a Workout of the Day (WOD). Our innovative total body fitness programming consists of: Unlimited Group Class, 30-minute RIPPED HITT workouts, Yoga recovery week for RIPPED members only and tailored nutritional programs (that you learn to modify for you). By participating in available classes and using available resources our RIPPED participants will achieve their fitness goals and ultimately help them turn “Fitness into a Lifestyle”.

That’s Cool. What Do I Get?

•   A consult with one of our coaches to go over your previous exercise and medical history so we can help you set clear smart goals and set up a road map for the next five weeks.

•   Unlimited access to our group training classes including our exclusive RIPPED 30 HITT  classes. You will get up to 7-workouts a week which will focus on your core, cardio, and conditioning for 3 days a week and power endurance and strength the other days. We also have signature classes that focus on specific body parts.

•   Unlimited support and accountability from our community of coaches and members to help you succeed. Plus, you will receive access to our Online Support Group to Ask Questions, Share Ideas, and Get Feedback. You will also receive Daily Tips and Accountability Messages on Facebook, Instagram, email, text, and 1st Phorm app.

•   Easy to follow Fat Loss Nutrition Program which is a skeleton that you customize with our support to fit your needs.

•   Post-workout protein and meal replacement options as well as other supplements fueled by 1st Phorm for optimal results for an additional cost that should be purchased before you start.

This program is for both male and female adults who are interested in losing weight, building lean muscle, improving cardio endurance, enhancing self-esteem, reducing BMI and body fat % and just looking and feeling better. YES, YOU CAN DO THIS PROGRAM.

So How Do I Win? And What Do I Win?

The Cash Prize starts at $500 (split two ways) and keeps increasing up with each member who joins. 

 

  • Each person is weighed at the beginning of the program. Whoever loses the most weight wins that category
  •  Also, everyone will take a beginning photo and a photo at the end.  The person who is voted to have the best transformation picture wins that category.
  • Also, there will be 2 raffles with different prizes from supplements to apparel
  • Anyone who loses 12 lbs total at the last weigh-in receives one consecutive “FREE month” of unlimited group and semi-private classes starting the week after the program is over.

 

More importantly, when you join this program you will become a part of a FIT Family that will support you on your fitness journey to become a FIT, HEALTHY, and POSITIVE person.

How Often May I Work Out?

Access to all group, signature, RIPPED 30 HITT and Yoga classes.

 

Group Classes:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

5am, 8 am, 3:45 pm (excludes Tuesday) and 6 pm

 

Signature Classes:

Wednesday 6pm – Butts and Gutts

Saturday 7am – Hardcore & Cardio

Sunday 7am – Hustle for Muscle

 

RIPPED 30 HITT Classes:

Tuesday & Thursday 4:25 pm

Saturday 6:25 am

 

Yoga Classes:

RIPPED Members during the recovery week only.

Tuesday & Thursday 4:25 pm

Saturday 6:25 am
